Case Management

Our proactive medical and telephonic case management focuses on disability duration guidelines and treatment protocols, which help set goals for safely reducing lost days, effectively managing treatment and decreasing claim costs and achieving successful outcomes.  Our nurse case managers initiate medical triage and establish ongoing contact with injured employees, providers and employers throughout a case management plan.  We coordinate and maintain communication with all parties through resolution to ensure timely return-to-work.

Vocational Rehabilitation

Vocational rehabilitation can help injured workers restore healthy, productive lifestyles through long term gainful employment.  Our services include Vocational Evaluations, Assessments and Screenings, Job Seeking Skills Training (JSST), Job Placement Programs, Employability Assessments, Labor Market Surveys, Permanent Total Disability (PTD) Vocational Assessments and more.

Supplemental Services

VocWorks also provides a number of other services to help ensure our customers are getting quality, customer-focused solutions.  These services may include Independent Medical Exams (IMEs), Medical Bill Audits, Physician File Reviews, Utilization Management and Integrated Benefits Management.
