We invited the CARF surveyors to evaluate how well our services meet international standards for quality. The survey team will be looking at many things about us and our services. The survey will tell us what we are doing well and ways we might improve.

Fall 2009 Services Update

VocWorks’ Self Insured Field Case Managers recently completed a Functional Outcome Study that provided us with some informative data we’d like to share with our customers and potential customers. The study included more than 400 case management files with 35 different referrals sources, including self-insured employers with a variety of occupations as well as Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
